Only partially delivered one of my orders. Unfortunately, Customer Service is non existent. Tried contacting via WhatsApp and email, many times, but no reply. Also, sizing is way smaller than legit versions or their sizing chart.

So they charged me more than the total amount and the shirt has come labelled as a Large but is clearly a medium. Doesnt fit too small.

I really like the jerseys I bought, but I got the incorrect sizes. Yes they warned about the size charts, but I’m sorry dude I’m a Jamaican that lives in America that uses a completely different metric system… it wasn’t easy to understand what my exact sizes are/was. I might still consider rebuying them or just take the loss and buy them from the Chelsea store

So I bought two jerseys, and moved up a size because they recommend it, so i did and then they came in even small so i contacted them on WhatsApp and then they tell me I have to pay for shipping the shirts back for getting a bigger size, I couldn’t afford it, so I bought 2 new ones and they came in even with no extra logo that I paid for, so they send me new ones again. Then I Received them i was happy thinking everything was perfect until i take a good look on one of the shirts and I see the logo is way to high. I contacted them and the tell me i need to pay for shipping to get a new one, so now we back to square one. Very unhappy

I placed an order for shirts with this company on 20 June. Part of my order arrived on 6 July, but I have been unable to track the remaining items. The tracking page provided by the company is asking me to pay to track the rest of my order, which doesn't seem right. Has anyone else experienced this? I would appreciate any advice on how to contact the company or resolve this issue. Thank you.

Ordered my shirt day before World Cup and 3 weeks later my team is already out. Still no shirt.

I ordered two Arsenal jerseys from them and only got one through the post I have tried to contact them through WhatsApp and email now for over a week and have had no reply. UPDATED. Well after leaving a bad review I finally heard from them have my other shirt on its way, but there are still problems as the premier league gold lions came off after one gentle hand wash at in cool water as I am very careful about my shirts.

Quality seems good but sizing isn’t great. Used the guides on the site but still didn’t fit.
