I was a bit hesitant to go in on an expensive chair but I feel like I made the right choice. David was incredibly helpful in answering questions and get getting my order filled quickly. Thanks for everything!

Knowledgeable about products, patient, efficient delivery within the time period given by OHR. Product appears of good quality and selection available. Notified 15 minutes before delivery with timing correct. All personnel pleasant to deal with. Would do business with company again.

Love my new chair from OHR. I went through a few chairs from Staples and they all cut off circulation to my legs. I tried different cushions but they didn’t fix the issue. After sitting in all the chairs in the OHR showroom, the Fern was the best - I love the forward tilt on the seat. I’m able to sit in it all day for work without any circulation issues. So happy!

Quality chairs at a fair price I definitely recommend checking out their show room in NYC. It is tucked away in a building in Midtown, but we were able to get a good feel for the chairs and find something that fit right. Excellent delivery service, the chair arrived within a few days and and feels and looks brand new. Could not be happier with my purchase.
