Good chair. Met expectations. No instructions, but managed to figure it out.

Wonderful experience working with David at OHR. Super professional, great communication and we were really happy with our products. Some refurbished high end chairs and custom bench desks and conference tables. I cannot recommend him enough.

David was a great help in choosing the right option for me from a wide range of chairs, speaking his mind and sharing his valuable knowledge. Very responsive and helpful and wouldn’t leave me on the phone till he was sure my chair was right infront of my desk with me “safely” on it! Wouldn’t hesitate dealing with them again as chair is in excellent condition.

OHR is fantastic! I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair from OHR, size A; because it's not available on the website, I called about inventory and pricing, and David was incredibly helpful in letting me know what was available. They delivered the chair to central New Jersey and were very open and communicative about the entire process, and the chair is in fantastic condition :) If I have to order another desk chair, would definitely order from OHR again!

Was able to visit the showroom to figure out how which chair I wanted and learned more about their refurbishing process. The salesman was very helpful and I got my chair delivered within 2 weeks, with constant updates about the status of my order/delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

The chair we bought was in perfect shape and seemed barely touched. Due to bad mailing by UPS (not OHR-related) we were missing a bolt, and they sent us a replacement!
