I ordered a chair and there were some damages upon arrival. I contacted David who worked with me to make things right. I had to deconstruct some of it and rebuild it, but was provided plenty of videos and information to get it done.

So happy that I found this place! After looking online at tons of sketchy refurbished chair shops, I’m lucky I stumbled on OHR with a quick google search for “NYC office chair” places. I ended up getting a chair I didn’t even know I wanted after trying it in their show room and I’m very happy with my decision. Much better than blindly guessing with an online purchase.
