The products are of low quality, not really worth the money. They even sold swim briefs (e.g. the Bold Bowtie Captain Swim Briefs) that had small metal rings that could cut your skin easily - such awful design.

I never received the items I ordered. They use royal mail, the package got lost by royal mail and now ohmyunderwear has gone quiet. Result: I am out of pocket and with no underwear. As far as I am concerned, this is a scam.

While this site has some good sexy underwear and i did spend some good money on their site - at least $100. Their "return" policy is just plain deceptive Because there are NO RETURNS. you can presumably exchange for size but you buy it- you own it. There were a couple of things I just didn't like on me when I got them and all "requests for return" were REJECTED. So if you feel like it makes you look fat? - tough crap you own it and wasted $50. You think the quality is crap? Tough crap you own it. You think "it's just not me"? Tough crap you own it. Customer service is a contradiction because there is none - only someone telling you to read the policy. Any reasonable reason to return something is not a valid reason. Tough crap you own it. They should say EXCHANGE ONLY FOR SIZE OR COLOR. Period. Anything else and you get a nasty email - RETURN REQUEST REJECTED. Caveat emptor - buyer beware.

I never received my package. I contacted customer service and they were zero help. Oh my, I will never shop that site again.

i placed a order with this company and i did get one of my orders the other 2 orders i never got i got my money back but i will never order any thing from this company ever again this company sucks

Waited the full 6 weeks for the items to arrive before contacting the company about the non-shipment. They “sent it out immediately” after that but I still never received my items. I contacted the company about the issue and they said they sent it out and it had all been delivered to my mailbox but I received one very poor quality item. Tried to ask about returns but they had took so long to ship, they froze me out of returning my items or seeking a refund for the rest of the missing shipment. Had to dispute the charge with my bank to resolve this issue as the company would no longer return my emails.

This company are very slow at communicating, and ignored my initual request for an order cancellation and refund for over a week. This annoyed me, as I didn't know if I was being listened to, so I spent time writing several emails to them, and hoping they had got through. Finally, 9 days after my request, I received a standardised message, saying that I have been refunded. However this was not the end of it, as, I have still not received the refund 2 days later, though I have had a message today, following more messages from me, saying that the payment would go through in the next few business days. Let's hope so, but I would never use this company again, and would advise you not to either. Update, I have finally received my refund, but it was hard work and took a lot of communications to get it, perhaps setting them up for reviews on here got them moving.
