SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP
The company reps keep calling but I have already ordered and received. All very efficiently, exception of the annoying phone calls to ask me to sign up. This last time it was 8:00 at nite and I became irritated. I told the man to take me off the list as I already ordered, and yes I was irrate. He then kept yelling at me ,- SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP until I hung up the phone. Not sure I will spend my next $400 with this company due to the customer service.

Very Disappointing
So many delays and barely any communication. If your health depends on timing, look elsewhere.

Waste of Time
I spent weeks waiting and emailing with no resolution. Ended up asking for a refund.

Customer Service is Barely There
I waited 8 days for a response and the person just copied info from the FAQ. Nothing helpful.

Waited Too Long
I get that shipping takes time, but this was extreme. Over 20 days with no update or apology.

Very Slow Response Times
It took over a week for customer support to reply to my message. By then my meds were already late and no one seemed to care.
