I have been waiting for days now for someone to reply to any one of my NUMEROUS messages. I've been trying to "chat" with my doctor, and nothing is going through. I have been trying to reach out to billing OR even just someone in customer service, and I feel like I have been completely ghosted. If you use this service, you should know it's likely you are losing your money and you have NO way to contact them because they refuse to give out a phone number.
