One morning, within minutes of reaching out to Ohio Cash Buyers, I got a phone call from Dan. Very down to earth and personable, explained things in simple terms. I could sense his genuineness. Well, before noon that morning I received a written agreement by email with the contingent price on it that we were asking as a sale price. I thought there has to be some kind of catch here, but as the process began and led to scheduling inspections of our home, working with the inspectors schedule, etc., we saw that this process was very real, no frills.
