Vanessa, we’re sorry that you did not receive your order despite Canada Post confirming it as delivered. Canada Post’s tracking shows that the package was received by Canada Post, went out for delivery in Vancouver on August 10, and was marked as successfully delivered at 12:11 PM that day. Because the carrier confirmed the shipment as delivered, we could not issue a refund without first investigating the delivery. After you advised us that you had not received the package, we opened an inquiry with the shipping carrier and requested that the delivery with Canada Post be investigated. We were awaiting additional information from the carrier when a dispute was opened with PayPal. We understand that you maintain that the package was not received, which is why we requested an investigation despite the confirmed delivery scan. Unfortunately, once a package is in the possession of the postal service, we do not control where or how the final delivery is made. We take reports of missing packages seriously and followed the appropriate process by requesting that the carrier investigate the delivery. We will continue to cooperate with both the carrier and PayPal as this matter is reviewed, and we hope the investigation provides additional information regarding what occurred with the delivery.
