Long processing times but beautiful quality
I got my order which was my original issue it took a really long time to arrive and scared me due to all the Reddit threads saying it wasn’t going to come but it did and it’s exceptional quality actually. It’s perfect so I can’t be that upset.

Bad reviews written too early.
I've read alot of bad reviews about them, and thought I was one of them. Their tracking is not accurate and shipping is slower than what they say. I got what I ordered, it wasn't too much longer. I'd say most, if not all of the reviews are written before the product arrives. My tracking said it had been delivered a week earlier, in the U.S., I live in N.Z. That might have something to do with it.
Response from Official Band ShirtsJun 4, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Aaron. We're glad to hear your order arrived safely and that you received exactly what you ordered. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the tracking updates. For some international shipments, tracking can occasionally be confusing because packages are first processed through export facilities in the United States before continuing to their destination country. We understand how that can create concern, and we're always working to improve communication around the process. Thank you again for your patience and for taking the time to update your review. We truly appreciate your support. Jessica Official Band Shirts

Not as bad as what others seem to think 🤔
Looking at their website, I was impressed with the tees they have, so I placed an order for one. Afterwards, I started reading all these negative reviews about them and started to panic. To my surprise, I received the shirt in 6 days and I love it. I'm not sure why so many have had bad experiences with them, but I am satisfied. The only negative thing that I would say about about them is that the items are a little pricey. Other than that, I am a happy customer.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding pricing as well. We work hard to offer officially licensed merchandise from trusted suppliers and manufacturers while providing a wide selection of designs that fans love. Thank you for your support, and we're thrilled to hear you're a happy customer! Jessica Official Band Shirts

I ordered 2 shirts and only received…
I ordered 2 shirts and only received one. Not sure where the other half of my order is? I am very happy with the quality of the Pink Floyd “Dark Side of the Moon “ long sleeve shirt. I ordered an XL. It is a bit oversized but I’m confident after a few washings it will fit great. The shirt feels of high quality.
Response from Official Band ShirtsFeb 25, 2026
Hi Larry, Thanks so much for the kind words about the Pink Floyd long sleeve — we’re glad you’re happy with the quality! 😊 We’re sorry for the confusion with the second item. Your other shirt was delivered on Feb 23 and may have arrived separately, as orders with multiple items sometimes ship in different packages depending on production timing. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to us via the Contact Us link found at the bottom of our site and we’ll immediately look into it and make it right. We really appreciate your support and your feedback — it means a lot to us! Brian Official Band Shirts Support

I got what I ordered!
I ordered a robe from this site before reading the reviews--which is my mistake. When I read the reviews, I started to get quite nervous. However, I am happy to report that the order I placed on 11/29/2025 arrived safely and as described on the website on 12/19/2025. It was delivered via USPS. It is a really nice thick Foo Fighters robe.
Response from Official Band ShirtsJun 2, 2026
Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear your Foo Fighters robe arrived safely and was exactly as described. Those robes are definitely a fan favorite, and we're happy you're enjoying the quality and comfort. We appreciate you giving us a chance and taking the time to come back and share your experience. Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you again soon! Jessica Official Band Shirts

Canadian customers beware of additional cost
Ordered shirts. Googled reviews and found all these! Tried to cancel but it was too late. It took about 3 -4 weeks to receive my order and all came as described. Very happy with the quality, although all 3 women’s mediums shirts fit a little different. I recommend sizing up. Also if you are from Canada there is an additional $30 duty charge ..that I was not expecting.
