I use your company to take my esta visa two times . The third time , today, I had some “issues” , my application just had to reviewed more and it was the first time I had that so I couldn’t understand what’s going . This company mimic the official US Government esta website. They charge $89 whereas the authorised site is $21. You give them the exact same information. They do nothing but scam you out of $68. They use words like official and authorised which is completely untrue.
