Replacement mesh for Aeron chair size B was loose in one spot. I thought it might be fixed by installing it, but that was not the case. I sent them a picture and requested an replacement, but their AI slop kept sending me scripted responses that I need to reinstall it. I ended up ordering a complete seat replacement from somewhere else.
