I ordered an Anker s2000 power center on 10/4. I’ve never received any tracking info. I emailed the company at least 3 times as well as contacting them through their web form asking for a status update on the order. I’ve received no communication back and now when I click to track my order using Shop the order is gone. This is a scam company. Stay away.

Scott, we’re sorry this shipment turned into such a frustrating situation. We corrected the shipping address as requested before the order shipped, and when FedEx later marked the package as delivered, our team reviewed the tracking and delivery information available to us at the time. Unfortunately, the tracking history on this shipment later became unusually complicated, which understandably added to the confusion. We ultimately offered a full refund as a goodwill resolution despite the carrier showing the shipment as delivered at the time. We’re sorry the overall experience did not go more smoothly and understand your frustration with how the delivery issue unfolded.
nothanks
I purchased a generator bundle with a 400w panel via their website. A few days later, they send me an email stating that they have a glitch in their system that applied the wrong coupon code to my order and gave me two options, cancel my order or pay the "difference" of the actual price of the bundle. Instead operating with integrity and accountability, and fixing the issue, they are canceling orders and doing a switch-a-roo on the pricing. More importantly, instead of calling me to apologize, the dude that called me with accusatory tone, suggested that I was the problem and that I had done something nefarious. The f'in nerve. You have been forewarned. You are better off buying directly from EcoFlow or from another vendor.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that this experience was frustrating. This order was affected by a pricing error on our website, which resulted in the product being sold well below our actual cost price. Once the issue was identified, we contacted you promptly and provided the available options. We understand your disappointment, even though we were unable to fulfill the order at an incorrect price.
