Battery failed and almost caught fire…
Battery failed and almost caught fire and was told that they would not refund because the wires used were too small...but it was the wires that they supplied that came in the installation kit. Terrible customer service as it took them over 2 weeks to let me know that they were not going to refund or replace my battery that is 6 months old.

However, we believe there may have been a mix-up of companies here. offgrid-store.com only sells Jeep accessories (such as seat covers, interior trim and LED headlights) and we do not sell batteries or battery installation kits of any kind. We also don’t have any record of a battery order or battery-related support case matching the situation you describe. There is another business with a very similar name that sells off-grid power and battery products, and it’s possible your review was meant for them instead.
