OffGrid-Store Jeep AccessoriesReviews of offgrid-store.com

Battery failed and almost caught fire and was told that they would not refund because the wires used were too small...but it was the wires that they supplied that came in the installation kit. Terrible customer service as it took them over 2 weeks to let me know that they were not going to refund or replace my battery that is 6 months old.

Buyer beware! Quote from their own on-line FAQ: “We can’t accept returns because we have too many orders” As others have stated, be 100% you have the right part. This company has no interest in allowing returns or refunds.

Reklamation hatte Ich bis her noch keine , auch noch nichts defekt also keine Erfahrung , bestellt und schnell abgeschickt also Ich bin bis jetzt sehr Zufrieden

Purchased an item and wanted to swap it for a different color. I called the company before my item was ever taken out of the warehouse to try to change the color. They wouldn’t do it. After I received the item I called and emailed for 4 days asking for a return label and still haven’t received it. Complete rip off and terrible customer service. I just started updating my Jeep so all my future purchases will be made elsewhere.

I bought from them, I love their products!!
