We did not have to do any paperwork! Matt discussed what we had he developed a plan for our library and submitted it. The bulbs arrived within a couple of weeks of starting the process

Although the price of the bulbs was free, it would have been nice to understand the shipping costs at the beginning of the project.

Greg at OEO was Great! We had an issue where UPS damaged some bulbs they replaced them right away!

Thanks Ryan! Occasionally we do see breakage on bulbs, especially with smaller orders. When this happens, or policy is to take care of it right away and ship out replacements. Let us know if we can help with any future lighting needs ;-)
