Ordering was easy. Items came quickly. However, we needed the tubes accompanied by T-12 adaptors and we received T-8. We will adapt to that but it's not what we needed. Nevertheless, receiving this offer was a gift.

We received the LED bulbs and put them in. They did not work with our bellist. We have to keep one regular florescent bulb in with the 2 LED bulbs for it to work.

Working with OEO was easy and we received LED replacement bulbs in short order. We are not electricians, but we were able to replace the bulbs easily. Some of the bulbs did not work and it appeared to be an issue with ballasts that were not working. We received instructions on how to bypass the ballasts but were unable to get the lights to work. We are replacing the ballasts where necessary.

Although the price of the bulbs was free, it would have been nice to understand the shipping costs at the beginning of the project.

The representative was helpful and answered all quaetions in a timely manner
