Sized right they give confidence against leaks showing through my pants. Odor control!

THE FIT IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE COMFORTABLE AND SOFT TO THE SKIN. THE EXTRA PADDING IS NOT EVEN NOTICABLE, LOVE THEM.

Gray 4X is hard to keep up. They fall down while walking. Blue 4X stays up fine. If I order again I will order 4X Blue. Send me order blank and I will order 3 more Blue 4X. Depends on price.

Superbly made boxers. great fitting, fast shipping. And, most important, fit for purpose. Probably ordering some more soon.

I have done much research into incontinence underwear, including the paper pull up nappies and have found OENKO's womens incontinence pants true to size and very comfortable to wear. I now have peace of mind knowing that before, if I were to sneeze or cough, I would not only wet my pants, but also any other clothing I was wearing, leaving me totally embarassed. Whereas now, If I cough or sneeze, my pants would deal with almost any amount of urine I have leaked. Very reassuring. Also, I was spending a fortune every month on paper pull ups, but now I don't have that expense because when I buy 1 or 2 items, Oenko will send out further pairs for no extra expense. I would highly recommend this brilliant product.

I bought these twice. The first time I was unhappy with the fit as the pad is too wide causing them to slide down your rear, causing the pad to move away from you and give zero protection. I tried to return them but the return policy doesn't allow for opened items to be returned. I tried to explain you can't try them on without opening them but the result was the same. I threw them away as they were useless. I thought maybe they were the wrong size so gave it one more try. The next order fit better but again they did the same thing and slid down causing massive leaking. It's definitely a design issue but again no returns allowed. I've literally thrown money away twice due to Oenkos poor design and horrible customer service. I found a brand on Amazon that have the pad in a cup shape that cradles the protected area and zero leaks which even cost a little less. I will never recommend oenko to anybody in the prostate cancer Facebook groups I belong to because you don't stand behind your products

The only thing that is wrong is there is no side protection for leaks they say there is but there really is not enough, I have had a problem at least 4 times in the short time I have had them.
