under wear sucks

I bought these twice. The first time I was unhappy with the fit as the pad is too wide causing them to slide down your rear, causing the pad to move away from you and give zero protection. I tried to return them but the return policy doesn't allow for opened items to be returned. I tried to explain you can't try them on without opening them but the result was the same. I threw them away as they were useless. I thought maybe they were the wrong size so gave it one more try. The next order fit better but again they did the same thing and slid down causing massive leaking. It's definitely a design issue but again no returns allowed. I've literally thrown money away twice due to Oenkos poor design and horrible customer service. I found a brand on Amazon that have the pad in a cup shape that cradles the protected area and zero leaks which even cost a little less. I will never recommend oenko to anybody in the prostate cancer Facebook groups I belong to because you don't stand behind your products

your product runs small. I can't use them

I ordered 6 pairs tried the first pair leaked like a sieve terrible no refund because I wore them

I put the pants on and in less than an hour they had leaked through to my jeans. And there was no where near 300 ml in them I have tried several types of Incontinent under the ware and they are all made of the same material and as soon as they get wet it wicks right to the outside material. As with the other ones that I have tried they are not worth the money.

Exchange lol Follow the instructions when you get your pack. Not a chance of getting replace or a refund. Ridiculous support team, I don’t believe it’s human based on the answer. Pointless trying to reason with AI Mine took weeks to deliver, spending more time travelling around China than Marco Polo. The sizing is questionable. But if they don’t fit you cannot return. If the packs opened, no return. Clever marketing which suckered me in. Buyer beware!

not absorbant after minimal use , half a day and side leak. tried afterwards with a small cup of water and it ran straight through a newly washed and dried pair. will just put it down to experience and not buy any more.
