Bought a radio for my daughter's 2016 VW Beetle. When it showed up it was the wrong item. noticed it had the do not remove sticker cut making suffering was inside. Was supposed to be oem used no issues. Reached out to company for support and exchange no reply. Followed rules to send back for v refund, no reply. No return of my money. Their phone number just gets you to a recording tweeting you to email them. Horrible. I paid $68 for the radio and had to pay $22 just to mail it back. Pointless. Going to report to Shop and ask for refund. Do not do business with these people.

Do not buy anything from this place. They advertised a key fob as being reprogrammable for the vehicle I have but that was a lie and then "customer service" via email states I have to pay the return shipping even though they sent me a part that can't be used for anything by anyone, and I have to do it in a trackable way for them to give me any credit for the part. I wish I had come to trust pilot first and researched them before I bought anything from them, but I will be doing that with any business I buy from today forward. No surprise AT ALL that they have a low rating. I am warning you do not buy from this business whatever you do.

Compnay will scam you order a part and tought I would get the full part that was in the pictures and description and it was not the full part it was just a peice of it

I offered a simple OEM Jeep Radio around September 18-20th. Estimated arrival was supposed to be the 28th. HERE WE ARE almost a month later with no refund and the radio is still stuck with the shipping label created. DO NOT BIY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are clearly scamming people.

I bought an alternator from oem used auto it was shipped in a day after I ordered it and then was lost in the mail. I realize the the co has nothing to do with the mail.I need my car to run so I bought another alternator. after 3 weeks I finally got the alt. you shipped I have contacted you 3 times without a replay that is why I am gving you a 1 star review very bad customer service!

Did not come with screws. the screws that held the bowl on will not fit the cylinder, my screws will not fit the screw holes, the metal sleeves for the bowl we're not cut probably so they would not fit in my saw and allow the crank to Center

Took too long for shipping even with extra pay.. bullshit..
