OEDROReviews of oedro.com

DO NOT BUY these running boards. Within a year the finish began coming off in sheets and rusted bad. Customer service does not take any responsibility for factory defects at all. Save your self the hassle of dealing with them all together. I NEVER write reviews but Oedro does not care. They just continue to sell them they don’t care about the customer after you have purchased them. I wish I could post a picture of how bad these look. Save your time and energy DON’T PURCHASE complete garbage.

Zero customer service, I ordered the wrong running boards, just want to order the right ones, but these idiots answer 1 or 2 emails with 2 -3 more requests then no response for 24 hrs . I'm not even trying to get a refund, just want running boards, what a bunch of idiots.

I have had the product for less than a month and the corner foam has already fell off. Im disappointed with the product.

Tonneau cover absolutely did not fit and had to argue to get sent back and then charged $80 restocking fee.

Ordered custom for mats for my 2020 Explorer. The third row mat didn't even come close to the proper fit. The only contract is via WhatsApp chat or email. I sent both and only got a response on whats app. They only respond over night which leaves me to believe they are in an Eastern country. No US based service. No phone. Completely dependant on an app.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The running boards rust under normal conditions. This happens right after the warranty period. It left rust spots on my concrete driveway. I let the company know and they just refer to the warranty, which is only as good as the paper its written on. Tried to smooze me over with a 20% discount on a future purchase. That does not solve the issue. Very dissatisfied with product and lack of doing the right thing for the customer to solve the issue.

Ordered Bed Cover that was said to fit 2026 Ranger. trifold hard top. The railings can't be mounted at a 90degree to allow top to attach. The oedro website states it fits no mods. WRONG it does not I was then told I could get 50 dollar refund if I brought it to specialty shop. Then offered $150 if i went out and fabricated or found something else to attach railings with. I sent all pictures of part not fitting properly and box labels. Now I'm being told that the product has to exact wrapping as shipped. $600 bucks and this is where I am at. If I would have checked reviews here, I defiantly would have not purchased from these people. Terribly experience with no remorse from company. I repeat do not buy here!!! unless you want high blood pressure ....

Issues with product. Customer service not helpful. Unsatisfactory experience.
