I've tried withdrawing my £500 winnings over 20 times now, from the 8th up until today, and getting the same old spill from chat. Emailed support and they said there was no problems with my account. 3 times I have received email stating funds are on the way, then receiving a message £29.99 declined payment. ( has anyone else had this problem? Absolutely rubbish site

Joined up deposited and won 500 after verifying my I'd address bank card etc was in my account within eight hours. Next time I won 200 withdraw is still saying pending after 72 hours.. When I withdrew it said could take up to 24 hours lies I then go onto chat after they passed to get the same automated response that its in a que waiting to be processed and there's nothing they can do to speed it up. I asked what happens if it goes over 48 hours they said sometimes it can take longer due to checks and the que. Well it's been 72 hours and still getting the same answer I was also told the higher level you are the quicker it would be I am loyalty level 5 now and seen someone else say on trust pilot the higher level you are the longer it seems to take. I thought this website was genuine after getting paid the first time but now reading all trust pilot reviews I am more than likely not getting my withdrawal and been scammed. Do not play here read the reviews first

I emailed countless times on Saturday requesting for my account to be closed, specifically stating I have a gambling problem and don’t want to loose all of my money.. the operator in charge had 5 attempts to close my account, instead they credited it with more bonuses to keep it open. I told them I had a problem and was scared. I’ve now lost upwards of £1,200 in a day due to the negligence of this company.

1 star too many!!! Played their game of 20 golden coins reef fishing. Got 3 scatters but no bonus board. I was on odinfortune2 for about a month lost a bit then won a bit nothing great but then Friday 17th of July 26 I hit a max win on LeFisherman a hacksaw game , 15000x win on a £1 stake id just won £15000 I was so over the moon, money that would help so much so I stared the whole process of withdrawing…… Proof of address ✔️ ID ( driving licence) ✔️ Email verification ✔️ Phone number verification ✔️ A selfie ✔️ All passed no issues , put in a withdrawal request of £2000 ( maximum per day ) and went to bed ….. Woke up before work to check progress , account blocked . No account no winnings nothing . Contacted customer services, they tell me I’ve broken there terms and conditions so I’m band and my winnings are void. No refunds no payment goodbye !!!! Shocked sick I don’t know what to say ……. Odin Fortune withholding funds after account closure requestExtremely disappointed with Odin Fortune. My withdrawal has been stuck in the finance queue for 8 days now. Customer support emailed me directly confirming that "everything appears to be in order" with my account, but they are still refusing to process my payout.
