Ive had a few issues with this site but they ALWAYS pay out my winnings i won £5000 and although it took 2 weeks to get it i did, customer service has always been fantastic i had 3 deposits of £30 taken out my account but didnt show in my balance i spoke to them and they sorted it within a few days

I've tried withdrawing my £500 winnings over 20 times now, from the 8th up until today, and getting the same old spill from chat. Emailed support and they said there was no problems with my account. 3 times I have received email stating funds are on the way, then receiving a message £29.99 declined payment. ( has anyone else had this problem? Absolutely rubbish site

Joined up deposited and won 500 after verifying my I'd address bank card etc was in my account within eight hours. Next time I won 200 withdraw is still saying pending after 72 hours.. When I withdrew it said could take up to 24 hours lies I then go onto chat after they passed to get the same automated response that its in a que waiting to be processed and there's nothing they can do to speed it up. I asked what happens if it goes over 48 hours they said sometimes it can take longer due to checks and the que. Well it's been 72 hours and still getting the same answer I was also told the higher level you are the quicker it would be I am loyalty level 5 now and seen someone else say on trust pilot the higher level you are the longer it seems to take. I thought this website was genuine after getting paid the first time but now reading all trust pilot reviews I am more than likely not getting my withdrawal and been scammed. Do not play here read the reviews first

Im not a bot or an employee of Odin. Ive left plenty of rubbish reviews to help people, notably on Zombillions who i eventually got my money from after threatening action fraud. Initially had a issue with withdrawal which I sorted. Withdrawal was super fast. . . 4 hours to be precise. Good selection of games. Happy ro recommend. Must have upped their game.

I emailed countless times on Saturday requesting for my account to be closed, specifically stating I have a gambling problem and don’t want to loose all of my money.. the operator in charge had 5 attempts to close my account, instead they credited it with more bonuses to keep it open. I told them I had a problem and was scared. I’ve now lost upwards of £1,200 in a day due to the negligence of this company.
