Be wary of behind-the-scenes tech things:
This business made a WP website for me, but instead of letting me get my own license for the required plugin (Elementor), he set it up on the backend (hidden) so that my site would forever be dependent on HIS Elementor license, i.e., he would have control over whether my site's functionality worked or went still (didn't operate). When I confronted him about this, he first said he was trying to say me money from having to get my own license. Then as I kept pressing, he just began to send me countless texts saying I was confused. I had to take the whole thing down and start over with someone else. In my opinion, he cannot be trusted, whatsoever (at least not if you want to be the one in control of your own website).

Firstly, I take all negative reviews seriously and encourage everyone to understand the situation before making a judgement. For those who are familiar with Elementor, the #1 WordPress Page Builder, you will know that their pricing model offers an Agency Plan for $399/USD per year for 1000 licenses. This plan enables me to offer discounted rates to my clients and even provide them with a free license if needed. It is important to note that these licenses do not control any websites, and a website is in no way dependent on this license. Elementor is a free plugin, and even if you activate the Pro Version to unlock full design capabilities, design the website, and then deactivate the Pro Version and remove the license, the Elementor website will still function as normal. The only impact of removing an Elementor license is that the Elementor Pro plugin will not be eligible for future updates. I would like to emphasize that I have a long list of satisfied clients, including Stephanie, who I even provided with a free Elementor Pro license. I was upfront and honest about the entire process, and provided detailed emails with supporting links and information to help her. However, due to her past bad experiences and lack of knowledge about WordPress and Elementor, she became upset and refused to listen or learn. I have over 10 years of experience in WordPress, and all my websites are built using the best practices.
