My only complaint is that there aren't more stars. What a find! Paul was professional, always very responsive, masterful and creative. He offered suggestions without being overbearing and was personable. Easy to get along with and not ego-driven as some developers have been. I would hire him again in a NY minute!

This guy hit a homerun for me with limited Info he did just what I had envisioned and without me even saying much, created a beautiful website in hardly anytime at all and did it all for a great value. I can't say enough good things about my new site and he made it super easy for me with zero complications these days this is super rare! Common sense rated!

This business made a WP website for me, but instead of letting me get my own license for the required plugin (Elementor), he set it up on the backend (hidden) so that my site would forever be dependent on HIS Elementor license, i.e., he would have control over whether my site's functionality worked or went still (didn't operate). When I confronted him about this, he first said he was trying to say me money from having to get my own license. Then as I kept pressing, he just began to send me countless texts saying I was confused. I had to take the whole thing down and start over with someone else. In my opinion, he cannot be trusted, whatsoever (at least not if you want to be the one in control of your own website).

Hello World, I hope you are doing well. I am writing in response to a negative review and would like to take a moment to address the concerns raised by Stephanie. Firstly, I take all negative reviews seriously and encourage everyone to understand the situation before making a judgement. For those who are familiar with Elementor, the #1 WordPress Page Builder, you will know that their pricing model offers an Agency Plan for $399/USD per year for 1000 licenses. This plan enables me to offer discounted rates to my clients and even provide them with a free license if needed. It is important to note that these licenses do not control any websites, and a website is in no way dependent on this license. Elementor is a free plugin, and even if you activate the Pro Version to unlock full design capabilities, design the website, and then deactivate the Pro Version and remove the license, the Elementor website will still function as normal. The only impact of removing an Elementor license is that the Elementor Pro plugin will not be eligible for future updates. I would like to emphasize that I have a long list of satisfied clients, including Stephanie, who I even provided with a free Elementor Pro license. I was upfront and honest about the entire process, and provided detailed emails with supporting links and information to help her. However, due to her past bad experiences and lack of knowledge about WordPress and Elementor, she became upset and refused to listen or learn. I have over 10 years of experience in WordPress, and all my websites are built using the best practices. Your websites are always under your control, and I hope this negative review does not mislead you. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me directly. Best regards, Paul O'Connor.

Paul with OC Website Pro has far exceeded our expectations. We came to Paul being nervous about creating our first website. He quickly eased our stresses with his professionalism and talent. He carefully explained the entire process throughout the project and would give helpful suggestions. Whenever we would reach out to Paul with questions, he would take his time to answer them so we would fully understand them. This was extremely helpful as we are not the most tech-savvy people. The finished website is exactly as we imagined and fits our branding to the tee. The entire website flows together extremely well as Paul took the essential time to strategically place certain content and or sections. The graphics created on our website are very eye-appealing and were designed with perfection. We were amazed that Paul was able to understand exactly what we imagined the perfect website to look like. We are extremely pleased with the entire process along with the end results. Thank you for this wonderful experience and we look forward to our future endeavors.

I have recently started working on my own website as a complete novice, teaching myself as I went along. Whenever I have come across any problems I've reached out on various Facebook groups for advice. On one of these occasions Paul made contact and I have not looked back since. Not only has Paul assisted me with the original problem, but he has been absolutely awesome when it comes to helping me with all aspects of my site, from general feedback on how it looks and works, to all sorts of technical matters that I would have been unable to deal with alone. His attention to detail is absolutely amazing, picking up on so many things that I would have otherwise overlooked, and his tenacity is so admirable. Paul has been so patient when helping me and has talked me through every step of what he's done which has helped my own education on these things. He has spent so much time helping me, often for hours at a time when I know he's also had many other jobs on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone, he really has gone above and beyond.
