I used Ocean County Vets for many years. After moving 15 years ago, I chose to switch to a local, small veterinary practice. I learned the hard way that this center was not equipped to deal with emergency situations. I now have a new puppy and returned to the Ocean Cty Veterinary System. My new Vet is Dr. Laurie Pearlman and I couldn't be happier with the loving care she has shown my Asher. Although I take him to the satellite office in Jackson, I have the peace of mind that he and his records are a part of a large hospital facility, which is equipped to handle an emergency seven days a week.

The vets are all great and so kind and caring, but the receptionists attitudes are absolutely horrendous... one specifically faught with my family in a time of crisis with our dog we brought in for emergency, she was so rude and was telling us we were bad people if we did not do certain options for our dog, and was very spiteful as she charged us for something that we did not wish to have done that was an extra $140 on top of $700 already then said it's not up to us? When it is if we are the ones paying and it is our animal... then said well fine have it your way take that off but add this fee on... terrible terrible terrible customer service, said she had the right to speak to us in that manner because she had worked there for 7 years. Worst customer service I had ever received in my life. So horrible

Very sweet people, you can tell that they love working here and doing what they do. It was my first time ever and they definitely made me feel comfortable.

Ocean County Veterinary Hospital has been there since day one with my kitten. I found my kitten outside when he was only 4-6 weeks old. Now, he is 8 months old and he has several health issues. Leo sees Dr. Blair and I couldn't love her more than I already do. With all of Leo's health issues, Dr. Blair has been there every step of the way. She is an excellent doctor and I would and have recommended her to everyone that I know. She is very understanding and takes the time to explain her diagnoses to you. After Leo's neuter and biopsy, she called every morning to check on him. Dr. Blair and Ocean County Veterinary Hospital are always on the pet and parents side. They welcome everyone with open arms. I would recommend this hospital AND Dr. Blair to everyone!!! Leo and I love this hospital and we know you will too!!!

I've been bringing my Yorkie Bailey here since she's 8 weeks old...she is now 5 years old and I love how caring everyone is! Exams and tests are always thorough. I won't bring my fur baby anywhere else! Thank you!

I wouldn't trust any other vets with my new greyhound. They are so fantastic!
