We can't say more about OCV . Each and every staff provided loving care to our Little Miss Muffet for 8 1/2 years until her sudden crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Dr Billy Danowitz lead the team and gave his all to her and us. Now as we have adopted another dog, we will continue to use OCV for Benji. Thank you to all especially Dr. Dan!!

I was happy with our experience. it didn't matter when we called, or what we needed, the Dr. and staff were amazingly accommodating. But, not only to our pets needs, but our availability to get there. Awesome facility!

Have always received excellent, proactive care from OCVH. DR. Blair goes above and beyond to treat my cat with knowledgeable experience and TLC. The staff is very efficient and Megan does an excellent job with grooming Momma.

The service was good. I have with this same vet hospital for over 36 years and many pets. The last ten years it seems they are always trying to up your bill with not necessary services.

I disagree with the fact that they put in the information that they have compassion for animals and their owners. I have the most horrible experience with one CSR supervisor call Kathleen, this person wasn't able to understand that it will take 2 hours for the bank to clear a check, in a very disrespectful manner she said there is not charity in this place, I was given the $800.00 down and not requested charities at all my dog was very sick, and this person expressed in a very rude and despective way take your animal with you because I already spoke with your daughter if you don't put 1100.00 take the animal with you because the doctors will not even touch him, because as I already explained to you there is not charity in here she approached the exit door and slammed the door at this point my dog was getting worse, as she explained they waited until the money was available and at the end of the surgery after bringing my dog twice in the way to the hospital he passed away. People who don't care about animals and the owners should not be working with them, for and my family my dog was part of my family

We brought in my daughter's class pet - a turtle - to get his nails cut. The doctor was very thorough and patient with the turtle and my daughter. She answered all of our questions about what to feed him, etc.

Great group of caring,compasionate doctors, techs and receptionist. The only thing we were surprised about was the cost of euthanaztion. Most vets don t charge if you are clients of theirs just charge for the creamation and return of the ahes..
