I was so worried about my little girl Sadie since she is my little love bug and your staff just handled her with such care..I was glad to see that she enjoyed the experience and let the vet take care of trimming her beak. I will definitely bring her and her sister back if they need any further attention. Thank you all so much!

As always, I was greeted cordially and my pet was very well taken care of.

I went to the Jackson office to pick up a written prescription for my dog. I had gotten it from the vet in the past but now the price was quite a bit higher than PetMeds, therefore, decided to order and had to pick it up. The receptionist was pleasant and we waited for what we needed and she told us that the Lakewood office alerted them we would get my dog's nails clipped (if we could without a vet check-up) when we pick up the RX. My daughter was somewhat upset and I wasn't that crazy over how the tech took our dog didn't invite us in the room (we are accustomed to that). Our dog is older (13) and isn't good on table and we said we would like them to clip nails on the floor if at all possible. The tech walked away with our dog and made a comment about seeing what the doctor says. The price to clip at the Vet's was double what Petsmart charges yet they understand when we ask them not to put him on the table, not sure why the tech at the vet's wasn't courteous or understanding. He is our "baby" (even if he is old).

The vet Dr Weiner couldnt help out my sick rat because he hardly knew anything about them. I brought the rat health care booklet with me and several stuff he said contradicted what the book said, when I told him that he didnt admit he was wrong.

Everyone was receptive to our cats needs and treated us all like family. We sincerely appreciate the doctors care and all the staff's kindness.

The office was extremely clean and our waiting time was less than two minutes. The Vet and Vet tech were both experts in dealing with our bird. We are switching our dogs vet to a vet in this office!

My guinea pig always looks good after he is groomed. She takes the time to talk to me about him before and after she takes care of him.

I love Dr. Danowitz!! The office staff is very helpful and nice... but The wellness examine is a little pricey. $63 per animal just to walk in the door... I brought my dog and cat in at the same time same doctor same examine room and that alone is $126. I understand 2 pets takes more time but maybe have a discount or something.
