I love these glasses! Wearing my normal glasses all day strains my eyes too much and by the time I get home I just want to take them off! These are a life saver, I put these on when I get homey eyes no longer feel strained but I can still see. I was worried that the different color lens were going to be a problem but they aren't. I would definitely recommend!

However, after trying these glasses, I can say that these glasses work for me. I have noticed a decrease in how long it takes me to get to sleep. Also the strain on my eyes have decreased. While trying to sleep, I use to feel my eyes trying to relax after watching TV or on my phone. Since using this product I have felt my eyes becoming more relaxed at night. I love using these glasses before Bed. I used them about 1 to 1 1/2 before bed. They were like magic helping me ease into sleep.
