Expensive and they try to scam you
So they let you use some of it for 'free', it has ran now for 3 days, collecting data, its finally done, and now they tell me I need to upgrade to export that data. 3 days its ran for...let that sink in.

An unauthorized charge was made to my credit card
I registered for the free trial, but the company requires you to enter your credit card information to complete the registration. After entering your credit card, you can try it for 14 days. However, the software does not work at all. It can't even complete the simplest tasks properly. When you try to delete your credit card information from your account, you cannot do it because your card is marked as the default card. Also, it asks for a password, but I registered using Google authentication and did not set a password. Therefore, I do not know the password, and I cannot remove my credit card information. There is no contact page on the site, and there is no online support window. There isn’t even an email address for support listed on the site. There is no section within the software to create a support request either. This software is a money trap designed to deceive people. I do not recommend registering for it in any way.

Worst Company
Worst Company, I am surprise this company has not been taken to court, they are scamming all there customers that have any issues with their products. Buyer Beware. Boycott this Company.

Joke! I am annoyed
no data export if you use their free templates, you have to learn how to create your own scrapper if you want to retrieve the data. Absolute pile of s**t

WARNING
WARNING, DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!! If a company can't offer you a free platform service of their product WITHOUT a.) giving you a time limitation (extremely limited in this case) and b.) b for the 'BIG' one, wanting your credit card / bank account info to get that so-called free access. run for the hills!! DO NOT give them ANY access to your financials until they have EARNED that information with full unlimited FREE usage of a product that makes you want their paid for serves.
