OctobetReviews of octobet.com

Exactly the same as review below. Despite several attempts to contact them over 2 weeks they completely ignore you without attempting to resolve this issue. PLEASE AVOID. I’ve been betting for 10 years this is honestly the worst bookmaker I’ve used by a country mile

Just like most online bookmakers. Take the money BIG time don't recommend this site…. I believe it's a FAKE. Not even register…p.s taken over 500 pounds and nothing in return

I am extremely disappointed with Octobet. My withdrawal of £2400 has been pending for over a month, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have been completely ignored. I have not received any updates for more than 30 days, leaving me feeling robbed and frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this bookmaker.

Good luck trying to win anything at this casino. You can reply with your "RNG" garbage all you want - consistently lost no matter what the stakes, and you get one win every few hundred spins for about 50p more than you staked. I've never seen so many consistent losses, spins without a win, no bonus rounds given. Absolute shambles that these are allowed a UKGC licence.

Made bet earlier today with £10 free bet. It had stipulation to using bet. I.e my selection gad to finish 2nd to SP fav. This was the result : sp fav 1st,my selection 2nd ,so I was expecting £40 winnings, no it was settled as loser. Emailled Octobet, their reply said my free bet didn't qualify for the bet, as gesture of goodwill they gave £5. Gesture of goodwill indeed, I lost £35 on the bet, please don't use thus site ,they are cons.

Shocking. And I have played on some really bad sites when I tell you the slots are rigged the slots are rigged many of a time the same spins came in on repeat slots looked like they where wobbling. When you though the bonus was going to hit and it did it would slip off. Bonuses very very low 7 dead spins before it would give anything on bonus out of 10 continuously on every bonus. It was painful playing on this site £850 downdrain and highest bonus was £35 I know my game and that's a joke won't be playing any longer oh and 1 deposit of £100 I got 0 back nada not 1p I was spinning £1.05 a spin. Account closed

Avoid they just rob you blind, never seen a bonus round on this site

Not been a customer for long but so far can't fault them, verification process was rapid,no fees for depositing to the account, had a few wins, not withdrawn yet so can't say I know how long it takes, happy to leave the cash in the account unless I need it for something, could do with an android app
