They are just interested in selling and guy who sells doesn't know what can be delivered. Once you agree to a package, they provide the promised service only if you upgrade the package. It fees like a scam!

Without a shadow of a doubt these guys have provided us with the most awful service we have ever had from a company (or anyone). Promised to get designs to us within deadlines (either hours or days) - weeks later we are still left chasing. NEVER followed through on anything they said or promised. The finished product (website) was something I could have done on Wordpress within a day - a simple EMPTY AND BLANK template they provided - I don't know why it took them FIVE WEEKS to get it to us. Logo was OK but they kept using the wrong versions and reverting to old designs etc.... I assume the other reviews here are all fake - this was not the company we dealt with.

Got up-sold from a simple logo design to a website redesign by, (can't say their name, I've been flagged and had to update this). One month went by before they even started work on the site. When they did send me their little demo link; it was a simply template and copy/past job. I demanded to see the back end user interface, as I was promised it was very easy to use as my site needs constant updating/changes. I was given WORDPRESS. WordPress not only provides free templates, but you need a masters degree in computer science and coding to do anything to your site! At this point, communication with them was nonexistent. My "project leader" was changed form _ _ _ _ to _ _ _ _ to _ _ _ _ _. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT - They are not completing the work in Texas (as I was told) or Jersey, where the BBB states they are located; it's all outsourced to PAKISTAN! They took a WordPress template, and copy/pasted my content into a crappy looking site, handed me WordPress, and POOF, gone. I have escalated this to the BBB; they ALWAYS help! AVOID AVOID AVOID! RUN THE OTHER WAY! *** SINCE I WAS MADE TO UPDATE *** - I received an email from this website saying someone from Octo-crap flagged my review for including names... so, in order for it to stay up, I need to come back here and revise. I read at the end there, that I said I'd escalate to the BBB. Well, guess what I did. Two weeks or so and I got no apology, no contact, just a refund receipt in my inbox. I guess if there had to be a silver lining, it'd be that I got to keep the logo. But still - AVOID!

I found Octalogo via a Google search, and just happened to click on the chat window to see what they were about. I was looking for a team logo for my son's motocross. The person on the other end of the chat was great and seemed to get the concept that I had in my head. He ended up calling me and after about a 30 min conversation, i ended up hiring them for a new logo and website for the tune of $1197.00. He insured me that my full satisfaction was guaranteed, and at any point I could get a refund. I will say I was pretty excited after speaking with him, and was looking forward to the initial designs. I run the marketing for multiple companies and have always used Taste of Ink for our marks and design, but I couldn't afford them for this project. When the first set of proofs came through i will say that I literally laughed out loud and could not believe what i was seeing. The logos looked like a beginner art class in Jr high. After rounds and rounds of new proofs and the process being escalated to 3 different design teams, I actually think they got worse, not better. Since i've done and been involved in many logo design processes, i was very clear on what I was looking for. At one point i sent them my corporate logo and said, NOT this logo but with this aggressive style. The next set of proofs came back with MY corporate logo with some text around it. I could go on for ever about the poor design service of Octalogo, but it would only bore you. After I made my decision to fire them, it has been weeks of me constantly bugging them for my refund. Every time I they say they have escalated it or some other excuse. I finally threatened to start putting reviews out there about how awful they are if I didn't get my refund in 48 hours. Well it has been 48 hours and I still don't have my refund. Run away as fast as you can from Octalogo, there are much better designers out there. These guys are a scam job in my opinion and have zero actual talent.

Octa Logo - they do not give your money back 100% - read their small print - I only read their 'Terms & Conditions' - the company 'sales information' is misleading - I found them hopeless - could not cut what I needed and could not grasp what was my requirement - - the process does not lend itself to a satisfactory outcome in my view - and their people do not have the talent needed for my purposes which was to create something of worth -

I am very upset with this company@ first they completed a logo for me and I felt ok but I offered them more business and I was upset at how they did not meet deadline nor communicate in effective and professional manner. They kept me on the phone for about a 15 minutes with results

I commissioned some logo work and initially all was going well. Then the communication stopped and despite repeated and numerous attempts to get hold of someone and to get my work completed, I have reached a dead end. Very disappointing and shocking customer service. If someone from Octalogo even cares to get in touch with me about this then please go ahead. I have paid for a logo service and so far, I have not received the product or any communication from you despite many attempts to get in touch. I note that you also say that you have no record of dealing with this customer (me!), so can provide plenty of proof that this is not the case and will happily send you the proof of purchase and old e-mails regarding this work.

Hey guys I spent over $1000 and waited more than 2 months for a simple website that never happened. First of, these guys are so strategically manipulative , they will make you pay everything before they even start your job, who does that. By implication their refund policy says after 72 hrs you can't get no refunds, so you screwed working with these guys. Don't fall for the discount, the website they produce is not even worth for a free service, believe me. And in all fairness, they try a little in logo design but the whole team got no clue how to make a website. They've so many website on their company's template & from my own experience they never designed not even a single one of those. Guys this company have most of the staff probably located somewhere in India (which I have nothing against only if they can deliver) but apparently not. I guess because the staff are situated mostly in different places outside the US, the communication amongst the team is terrible. You have to keep saying the same thing to every member involved in your work at your own expense. Can't write enough but it was a disaster, frustrating experience. Wasted money, time & opportunities. There are so many features, such as customized forms and others they can't even design. I ended doing my website by myself, is way way better than the mess site delivered to me. Guys trust me, don't do it!!..Look for a US-based or reputable company to do your work.
