I would suggest using another company. They created my site, and I felt like I had to do all the work. Trying to get them to do stuff was ridiculous. They try to get you to spend more money while they are working on your site. The left an N tagged somewhere in my page so when I post anywhere this appears. The logos require a lot of work from the customer because they don't know what they are doing. I never received my banners for social media and pretty sure I won't. I think they have outsourced outside of the US. The people that are doing the work that will be calling will not be the same people that you initially work with to buy your package. These people are terrible. My package came with email which only works about 25% of the time and it takes 5 minutes to load. Trust me go somewhere else.

Every single review on this website is created by DesignProficient and Octologo. Just look at those names and pictures!!! They look just as fake as the names the employees go by. Their real names are probably just as hard to read as their horrible emails. First off, they have lots of pricing on their website that they NEVER go by. They will make you spend 1000s more even though your website is mediocre. At first they are responsive and quick with the logo. But you notice that they don’t speak good English and their emails aren’t even punctuated or spelled correctly. You give requests for changes and two days go by and the designs come back and they look exactly the same. Proving their English and communication skills are horrible. And when it’s time to get web designs the “design team” doesn’t work with the project manager it seems. They claim to have “meetings” on your project, they claim to be “forwarding” the changes you ask for, and days go by and NOTHING. When you do get designs to review it’s like nothing you asked for was complete. They simply change one thing on your DETAILED LIST of changes as if they were in a rush because you were asking for designs for a while. Then of course, you complain. And that’s when the TRUE colors come out. They want you to pay for hosting from them for 1000s! They claim your price was “discounted” therefore it’s not as important as all their alleged other customers. But just reading these complaints I see my price WAS WAY WAY WAY TOO HIGH. And when that doesn’t work as an excuse they insult your business! Every deadline you give them for MINOR CHANGES they miss or wind up “absent” or “sick” or some bs. DO NOT DO NOT WORK WITH THEM DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE REVIEWS.

The worst experience and total waste of my money!! I am trying to get some minor changes made to my website & I am told this is the most complicated coding they have ever seen. Using 6000 lines of for something that should be a few hundred :-(. I may have to pay someone to start all over or I will never be able to make even minor changes to it myself.

Their sister company OctaVideo is illegally sending unwanted commercial texts to wireless numbers. I wouldn't trust this company with my information. I have filed a complaint against them with the FTC.

Watch out this company. Took one year to finish my website. Shedules did not keep up as planned, people changed all the time, multiple people tried to get me as their client even I was already working with a team, these people are not American, they are Indian using fake names. Really bad communication and in the end business plans failed because I got scammed. I lost my money too.

This company is extremely unprofessional. Don't believe them! Its all lies! They promised me a website done within 2 weeks (I even provided them all the content and all they had to do was upload it to WordPress) and they took 4 months!! Nobody answers when you call them to check on the status and they don't answer emails (when they do, nothing has been done). This is by far the worst company you can work with. They hound you when they want your money but when you call them to check on their work, they never answer. I have emails and emails and apparently they cant follow instructions either. Don't trust these last few reviews and look at their BBB rating. Everything on the BBB rating complaints is pretty much how it went for me as well. That's going to be my next complaint after this. AND to top it off, I put a bad review last week so they called me and told me they would fix my website (he gave me his word he would fix it by Monday 22nd) and nothing happened! Of course!

Ordered a logo from these three weeks ago. Paid up front and promised 48 hour turnaround. Still waiting 3 weeks later. won't respond to emails. I think they just wanted to take my money and run. Should be avoided!!!

We originally contracted with them to build our company logo which, while they were extremely slow, the finished product was nice. So we decided to have them build our website as well, to the tune of $1225. This has turned out to be one of the greatest financial mistakes of my life. It took almost 5 months to get a website built, due to the fact that during the building process, the "lead designer" quit and apparently it took them some time to get a replacement. After numerous complaints, I was told that I was being unreasonable and that I should "understand" that they have other clients as well and just be patient. This is not how a business should conduct itself. Horrid customer service. I have asked for my money back numerous times and denied each time. And the finished product? A WordPress site that I could have had a local high school student build for me in a matter of days. Flash forward a few months, the site has been down numerous times, and I can't even drive business to my site because I have absolutely no faith that it will work or that my customers information is secure since they are hosting the site as well. Avoid this company at all costs.
