Jerry is amazing and provided excellent service

I have found my experience with your company and that of Jerry very helpful, informative and yes on occasions very entertaining. While we had a small issue with the original design, this was corrected by Jerry immediately and sent back the same day, as we were holding up production of brochures waiting on the logo. Jerry has also helped me in regards to getting a logo for social media to the correct size so its clearly visible, I feel he has gone above and beyond "normal" customer service to help us achieve our goal in regards to this logo. Jerry even rang me to go through where he was with the issues and informing me on a time scale as to completing them. Would highly recommend Jerry in the future. Thank you for all your hard work, it really has been appreciated

I really don't know were to begin with this company. From the moment I signed up for their services they have been very attentive and kind to me. I had no idea what I wanted as far as my logo was concerned and so I put total control into the hands on my designer Jerry and when I say he DID NOT disappoint me not one bit I mean it. I would and have recommended this company to anyone. I referred my coworker to this company and he loves the service as well. Keep up the great work guys and a very special thank you to Jerry M.

I needed a logo for my new dental practice. I had considered an online logo design competition, but working with Octalogo was far easier, and I felt more guaranteed to get something that I liked. The design team came back with several options and I liked 2 or 3 of them a lot right off the bat. The one I chose was pretty much exactly what I was looking for, and the design director Jerry Miller made everything very easy for me. I would definitely recommend this site and Jerry to anyone looking to develop a logo. Joel A Lanie DDS

I had a vision of what i wanted in a LOGO for my restaurant but I am in no way an artist. I described what I wanted in an email to them and the first renderings were almost exactly what I had envisioned. I sent an email back with with a couple of adjustments i wanted to see in a couple of different ways and boom! the second one I saw was it. It was like they were in my head and saw what i had pictured. I had purchased the package with unlimited revisions but knew there was no need in wasting anymore time. Their service and efforts far exceeded my expectations. Everyone that has seen the new LOGO has given it great reviews. Thanks Jeff and the design team.

I am a brand new start up business I and need to spend my money wisely. This was an investment for me. I had my doubts, but just after I submitted my request for The OctaLogo begin to work on my logo, I was contacted and given very clear instructions on the overall process. My role in this process was clearly defined as well as the artist/s role/s were defined. It was comforting having the process defined. For the logo design, I submitted some pictures and some ideas and the artists created five designs from my input. I received ten designs in a matter of days. I selected one and submitted for revisions. The revised logos were returned to me in a matter of days. Once we agreed on a finalized design files were made available within a day. They did such a great job on the logo, I decided to let them design the business card. The process was pretty much the same. They did a much better job than I could have done by just going to a printing company and creating my own. My business cards look so professional. It's not one of those cards that will get lost in the mix. Thank you OctaLogo, I really appreciate your services!
