Service was great
Service was great! Logo was created by Aaron Hawke he was quick with responses to my comments about the logo. The end product turned out nice.

Unique logo designs
Unique logo designs. I am overall happy with the service. Staff always replied quickly and in a courteous manner. I would be happy to use their services again in the future!

Good Experience, be aware of Extra Costs
I had a good experience with the people in OctaLogo, especially Allen Stanly, head of the project, they understood my needs, also they were open to new ideas and modifications each time I proposed them. Also, quick email responses from their side. I would have give them 5 starts, but they were a bit pushy about me getting Extra costs like Copyrighted material, etc. regardless i have told them I didn't want those extra costs.

Originally I had some issues with Octalogo but have since been communicating with Aaron Hawke. My experience with him was overall positive and he seem to be understanding. He made sure my issues were resolved and added a free SSL certificate to protect my site from hackers. I can not give 5 stars because I feel Octalogo should be able to resolve customer issues before they get out of hand.

Good Value
I had two logos made by Octalogo and am pleased with the end results. Jay Barry was head of my project. Jay and the octalogo team communicated well through an email platform and followed up by phone. They were eager to please and very patient with me as I asked lots of questions and they addressed all my concerns. Octalogo was very reasonable with their offers and I was very satisfied with my two logos that included all the high resolution files - overall a very good value and high quality work for the price.

Overall happy
Little slow on logo update. Also, thought copyright was included in price but was not. Overall I'm happy.
