No So Great.
Not that crazy about your over-priced products. I also did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the two gentlemen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. You could have a code of conduct and procedure. Even if I liked the products, I would tell my friends to steer clear of the shop in the Natick, MA mall.

Hi Ina, Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate it. We are the manufacturer and distributor and do not franchise the independently owned businesses. We do however, keep record of all complaints with any of the retail locations and they are made aware of these issues so they can be addressed with their sales staff.
