No visible lasting results. Not any better than any other cream but much more expensive! I also think their No Return policy is not very customer friendly especially when the rest of the competition does. Will not be buying or recommending. Didn't appreciate the high pressure, aggressive sales tactics either.

The first time I bought turquoise pearl instant facelift I thought it was amazing. It worked so well under my eyes! Unfortunately I have purchased this for a second time and firstly the applicator wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t get any of the treatment out! I swapped it with my original applicatior but the fluid is either old stock? I can’t find an expiry date anywhere on the box?? or is faulted as it separates and then a lump of grainy mixture comes out!! It simply doesn’t work under my eyes as the first on clearly did! So disappointed after paying a lot of money for this.. I would like oceane to respond to my complaint.

I've been speaking with Oceana since December 2017 trying to return a product that made my skin breakout badly. Be very careful how you buy their products because they will tell you go to get your money back but when you actually try to they won't allow you to. It's the worst customer service to work with when you have an issue so make sure the stuff really works for your skin before you spend your money because you won't get it back..

Hi I wrote my review a few days ago. I've emailed the comp any and no return email. Someone from the company replied to my review, but nothing else. She said she would assist me in getting my money back from the people at their booth

In November 2017 a Oceane Beauty dealer at the Westfarms Mall In West Hartford CT sold my 19 year old daughter $2000 of product she did not need-the price was never disclosed until she ran the card and then my daughter did not know what to do. She went to return the merchandise the next day and they literally ran from her. Customer service at the corporate level has been giving me the runaround for 6 weeks and will not even provide a working phone number for the dealer and never return calls or emails after promising to do so. This company is a multi-level marketing scam-stay away!!!

I too had a similar experience with this company on Long Island. I was handed a sample and practically dragged into a retail store! The gentelman then insisted on trying to put products on me, sell me everything the company made, set me up for facial and neck tightening appointments, give me free products and speak to me with a phony Italian/French/Spanish accent. It was truly laughable. I finally got away from him and out of the store! They are pushy and all but take your wallet out of your bag....this should not be allowed in a mall! I then came home and researched this company only to find out that most people get their products home and do to have the same results as in store! I think its fair to say they play the old 'bait and switch' with products...and I can't wait until someone calls "7 on your side' and exposes these people...it is disgraceful that this is allowed to go on. If a sales person is handing you $600 worth of products and giving you 600. worth of free products....RUN! Anything too good to be true...usually is! Do your homework and RUN!

Wow reading the review's I can see this company is a scammer for sure. They stopped me and I allowed a sample looked an felt amazing. Asked over 3 times did they guarantee the result and I was told every time yes and that I can order easily from them. Well nothing after a few days and I knew I had been scammed. Tried to call, nothing then emailed within 5 days, still nothing. Also they had me sign a receipt and placed the main signature over the receipt I received which wasn't signed. Can't believe company's are even allowed to stay in business like this. Like many others on here I just gave my hard earned money believing it was guaranteed. Nope I'm stuck with crap. Please save your money!!!
