The only complaint I have with your company would be that there was not enough explanation to be found on the website. I had questions about what I needed to send with the phone, what had to be done with the memory and memory cards, and just how to package in general. I did finally find some answers in the FAQ section, but I didn't find the website that easy to navigate. Otherwise, my experience was very good. There was an issue, which I resolved and advised you, and the transaction was completed. I did recommend your service to others.
