Made an online order for a product with free shipping for $9.98 with my credit card. Checked my Visa account and I was charged $19.98 with a company called Shopzavenco. Called Obsetic to ask what was going and to cancel order as I wasn’t going to deal with a problem company, he said it was canceled. When I asked him why this happened and what was the other company he hung up on me. I called back, got a different agent, asked the same thing, he hung up too. Obviously a scam company, heads up if you think about ordering from them!!!!

Bought a pair of shoes and I didn’t realize the souls are smooth and very slick at my age I can’t afford to fall so I ask to send them back and a refund on them . I get a email the will be glad to refund my money and send me 25% back.Really! It would cost more to send then what they’d give me back no thank you I’ll never buy from them ever.

I ordered a wreath and did not get the wreath I ordered. It didn't even look remotely close to what was advertised. They also charged me for shipping protection when I declined it. I have attempted to reach out to the company to do a return and get my money back and the person that answers the phone tells me I will get a refund and label within 24 to 48 hrs to return the item however it has been a few weeks now and no one has reached out to me. Do not buy from here.

First it took forever to get here. They never reply to e-mails. When I finally got the bird feeder it was broken and very poor quality. I will never order from this company again!

Do not order from this company! It's been a 💯 nightmare. I ordered a spider repellent on line and when I looked at my charges they added an additional 4.00 for miscellaneous. After 2 wks of calling, e mailing I finally got the WRONG product, it was to repel RATS! I emailed them, no response, I called them and they told me to ship it back at my EXPENSE and they'd reverse charges once they got it back. This company is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!

I ordered a Christmas wreath from their website. First off they claim they have 1400+ reviews but you can only see approximately 30 or so. Where are the rest? All 4-5 star. What is shown online versus what I received is like night and day. The bells had fallen off and the red berries. They shipped in a plastic mailer so no protection against damage. Not nearly as big and heavy as the online photos. To top it off, the charged me $9.99 for a warranty I didn’t purchase. Why would I want that on a $25 wreath? I have sent 2 emails to their support email and they have been ignored. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I asked for them to credit the warranty because I didn’t purchase that. They are scammers and will ignore you. I plan on calling their customer service number next week and see if I get anywhere with that approach. I gave them a one star review but it has yet to show up on the website. Do business with this company at your own risk!
