Once a year, I bought a stock of products when they are on sales from Obagi.com. I store my cosmetic in a dark room with cool temperature and never had any issue until recently... I had a bad surprise in opening a priciest pot of Obagi Hydrate Luxe that was very bad: brownish and thick instead of the white smooth cream that I use for years. Noticed that the lid was not tied up and I bet this cream was not well packaged and turned bad. Obagi do not seal their products with plastic film. Too bad, that sealing would protect their fragile items. I took photos and contacted Obagi.com Customer Support, pretty sure that with that proof they would replace it easily! Obagi Customer Support has only its "Support" for name! They refused to replace this expensive product because I bought it a year and half ago. But they offer me a 15% discount for buying another cream at $85! I will no more buy any Obagi products and recommend to anybody else do not buy and store any of their products over than 6 months because according their policies, it is then too late for a refund or replacement. A brand to ban definitely.

Obagi scammer Cassandra E. San Miguel stole $250k USD from us. She and her father Amaro are both scammers. She should be arrested for doing what she does and Obagi shoud be closed Not only that the company directory is empty, no customer support. Just scammers.

No customer service, nurse practitioner didnt provide any instructions. Chased up by phone call 5 times. Still no response. Havent been able to use product as no instructions. No way to contact company ad a customer. I want to return the products and no way to do this. Looks like from the review thst the products don't work anyway.

I bought the whole pigmentation treatment set - paid £650 as I bought via a beauty salon (first mistake) it retails on the internet between £490-£550 - TOTAL TOTAL con and waste of money. I feel very foolish. I will continue with my AHA cleanser wash and buy a midrange pigmentation resolver for future use. Girls don’t waste your well earned money

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I called to discuss a product and a problem I had with the product and the rep named Tina was so dismissive and arrogant. Product was fairly pricey but I wouldn’t mind if it actually worked. No more Obagi for me

I have used Obagi for several years. I have always purchased at med spa. The website is terrible because even though it shows the order, it does not allow for tracking the order. For the amount of $ this brand sells their product, it would be nice to know when to expect it to arrive

Shipping is free. They have sales w good discounts. The hydro ultra Luxe is the best, smooth, clean....awesome!!! Odorless - thank you! Easy to order. Quick to get the pkg Easy to chat w customer service I am a repeat customer.
