I appreciate how it's innovative, probably state-of-the-art technology, and it's something that has been needed in the mental health field for a long time. I think this system is made by people who genuinely care about the work clinicians do. It uses AI and smartwatch features to measure progress, making it a great benefit for both clients and clinicians. The portal is user-friendly, clients can chat and view their results, which is quite beneficial. The initial setup was easy, thanks to their knowledgeable and accessible team. They've made the process positive so far.

I recently moved my group psychotherapy practice to Oasys, and my experience so far has been very positive. Changing EHR systems while continuing to see clients and support a team of clinicians is a lot to manage. Having responsive, hands-on support has made a real difference. Jana and the team have been patient and helpful as we set up the practice, work through questions, and learn how to use the system. I’ve especially appreciated being able to get help with specific issues rather than being left to figure everything out on my own. When I had questions about calendar integration and other setup details, they helped me find solutions and keep moving forward. The level of personal attention has stood out to me. Jana has been remarkably responsive, including when questions have come up outside typical business hours. I’ve felt comfortable asking follow-up questions, and the support has helped make the transition more manageable. We’re still early in our use of Oasys, so I’m continuing to learn the platform, but the onboarding experience and customer service have been excellent. As a practice owner balancing clinical work and administrative responsibilities, I really appreciate feeling that there are people available who care about helping us get things working.

Oasys has been great especially because of their AI features specifically for creating documentation. I use that daily and it has saved me time and energy.
