Ordering is simple and straightforward. Shipping took some time only because I ordered engraving and they need time to prepare it. The urn came well packaged and was beautiful.

Oaktree could not have been better
Oaktree could not have been better to work with. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they immediately voided that order for me. The order I received was beautiful, shipped on time, and well protected. Highly recommend. My only advice for buyers is to note the PRE CREMATION weight is listed (not post). I misread initially, my mistake.

I purchased the Lucy Songbird urn.
I purchased the Lucy Songbird urn for my Dad’s ashes, it is well made. I was very pleased with the quality & the piece. I picked the 5 days shipping and it came in just in time for the wake. It’s the perfect size and it doesn’t look like your average urn. Perfect.
