The urn I ordered was too small and Oaktree promptly sent me a new one, no questions asked. The customer service representative was so kind and understanding. This company really showed compassion at such a difficult time. On top of that, my daughters urn turned out so beautiful and simple, just as I wanted it. I proudly have it displayed in my living room and get many compliments.

My sweet 15 year old pit bull meant the world to our family. She was our emotional support without judgement, our stinky snuggle bug. When she suddenly passed I was beside myself and not even close to ready for her ashes to be spread. This memorial gave me the chance to keep her near me and put a little cactus on top (because she was always stepping in them and never learned her lesson).
