My item was high quality and arrived quickly.

The urn that I purchased for my dog, Indi was delivered in such a timely manner. In fact, it arrived the same day his ashes did. Beautiful quality urn and engraving.

It is the hardest thing in the world to buy, and yet when you purchase from Oaktree you know you're getting something beautiful, lasting, and worthy of your special bond with your companion. This is my second purchase from you. My friend Joe said it best, "Ah, the pain of companion loss. it is easily offset by the grace, love, and beauty they bring into our lives - how they shine! - but oh, what staggering anguish when they depart. We grieve in proportion to the magnitude of our love. A blessing and a curse."

It arrived quickly and was constructed beautifully. My only complaint, is for the money I spent, I wish the veneer lined up around the box so it looked more like one continuous piece of wood and not five separate pieces. Otherwise, it is gorgeous.
