Very pleased with my purchase. The product was exactly as advertised, and the great quality. Customer service was stellar- easy to order, and arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Lenox urn in extra small to house some of my father’s ashes and just received the urn. It is stunning and the perfect way to honor my father. The team was responsive, understanding and efficient in creating and delivering this artisan piece. The quality is top notch and the design and engraving excellent. My father who was a craftsman himself with a discerning eye would have approved.

Easy, fast and beautiful product!!!

Their urn was the most unique, modern and masculine urn for my husband! It fit his personality the best. They even sent a condolence card to personalize the experience. Thank you, Oak Tree Memorial!

Communication was excellent, and the necklace was perfect. Now I can be with my little girl wherever I go.

Beautiful, well made product. When ordering, the wrong shipping address was used somehow and Max responded immediately to my frantic emails and phone calls and got everything corrected. Recommend for product quality and customer service.

Beautiful piece. I was surprised at how quickly I received it. The small is much larger than I thought.

Fast shipping, but mostly this is one of the most beautiful glass birds ever. The swirl of the blue & white are absolute incredible. I could not of asked for a nicer piece for these memorial ashes. Thanks to all involved.
