My experience with Oak was terrible from start to finish. They used my correct address to process the payment, yet claimed it was incorrect when it came to shipping. Their customer support is essentially one person who provides no real solutions and even makes you feel foolish for asking for clarification. The entire operation feels dishonest and misleading. I strongly advise others to stay away,this company behaves like a scam!

I started compounded GLP-1 going to a clinic and I moved away. I decided to try an online clinic, choosing Oak Longevity. I had trouble filling out the form and uploading a picture. I texted the clinic and the support staff helped me kindly. I also had trouble ordering a refill and again asked customer support for help. They helped me with my refill. The doctors have been available for questions I have had and they have answered quickly . I have lost 15 pounds over 4 months and feel better thanks to Oak Longevity.
