I bought a set of SI glasses and right out of the box, there was a scratch on the clear lenses. Oakley immediately responded, got me out new lenses and followed up letting me know. Obviously the Oakley product is great. But the thing that makes a company great isn’t their product. It’s their customer support. Oakley’s customer support is amazing and why I will be a customer for life.
