I've been shopping at Oakley for well over 15 years. Although their products change, their customer service continues to improve YoY. If the customer is not happy then they will help find a way to resolve the issue and ensure you get what you intended. The only issue I have with them is that they no longer sell lens replacements for their products. I enjoyed when you could actually order prescription lenses directly from Oakley, because their partners charge way too much, and it ends up being cheaper to just purchase new glasses from Oakley instead of replacing the lenses.
