I think the website is easy to navigate. I've used it for years. I ordered my sunglasses and they arrived in less than a week. That's what appreciate. I've had to return product and it was never an issue. The customer service is great too.

I ordered my glasses on Jan 6th they were prescription so they were due to be deleted Jan 17th. I called to see if the order was still good to be delivered and come to find out they never even started production of my glasses. The system showed no movement whatsoever. So for two weeks I got no information about my glasses not being complete or shipped. It took me calling for them to look in their system and see that an order that was paid for wasn’t being fulfilled. If this isn’t the worst customer service then I honestly don’t know what is.

First of all many thanks OakleySI for the discount offered for a first responder. I ordered Meridian boots and they arrived promptly, and I'm very happy with them. I was a little concerned about the sizing as they only come in full sizes. I'm a 10.5, so I ordered an 11. They are slightly loose and I think 10.5 would have been the perfect fit. They do fit much better with my hiking socks. Thanks again
