My Flak Jacket XLJ (I have worn the same style with multiple sets for years now) needed to be replaced last year due to general wear and tear. I have always had great glasses in the XLJ and ordered another set. Less than 11 months later, they broke, near the bridge, just folded without any force being applied. It was a clean break. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Oakley warranty told me it is not a manufacturing defect, and I can buy another set with a little discount. Crap product backed by a crap warranty. Its a shame, they used to make great sunglasses. Edit: Hilarious response from Oakley considering I already reached out to warranty (which is what they suggested) and got told 'tough luck'. No thanks, not going to beat a dead horse and drive myself insane. Just admit you won't honor a valid warranty claim.

Simple online prescription order and had them within a week. As always Oakley provided a good quality pair of safety glasses that has the best clarity and looks good.

Oakley for life! I have bought so many pairs in different styles over the past 20 years. Their quality is trustworthy in any environment I've put them through. As a Navy diver I preferred their polorized lenses for protection against sun and glair. The SI sunglasses with options in matte black are great for wear while in uniform - and off duty. While the popular "off duty" sunglasses are also available, the prices are always incredibly reduced for active service members, LE, and Firefighters. Some pairs have exclusive badging to honor those employees who serve.
